Shirley Gresham — President of Training
Shirley Gresham has over 25 years of experience in the analysis, design and development of training and performance support systems. She has conducted many needs assessments and created web-based and instructor-led training for: Hewlett-Packard, NASA, Cardinal Health, US Navy, Southern California Edison and many others. Ms. Gresham taught graduate students in instructional design at San Diego State University, and trained instructors at Hewlett-Packard how to deliver more effective instruction.
