Bruce Gresham — Director of Web Development
Bruce Gresham is an award winning Internet developer. His experience
ranges from advising Fortune 100 companies on integrating the Internet
into their marketing communications, to designing and developing
Intranets. Bruce specialized in advertising and marketing high technology
products for over 18 years, and has been developing applications
for the Internet since 1994. He is proficient in a number of programming
languages, holds an MBA in marketing, and is considered an expert
in the field of Internet communications.
Shirley Gresham — Director of Training
Shirley Gresham has over 20 years of experience in the area of analysis, design,
and evaluation of interactive information systems. She has expertise in all phases
of web site design including needs assessment, product design, usability testing
and evaluation. She has conducted needs assessments and focus groups for Hewlett-Packard,
Union Bank of California, Southern California Edison and many others. Ms. Gresham
has taught graduate students in instructional design at San Diego State University,
and trained instructors at Hewlett-Packard how to design and deliver more effective
on-line instruction. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology.
